  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to support@dirsphere.com within 10 business days after the start of the program.

  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on program type, attendance, and material access.

  • Administrative fees or materials already provided may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Once a participant has completed more than 30% of the course duration, no refunds will be issued.

Directive Sphere reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs. In such cases, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or enrollment in an alternative session.
